LITTLE ROCK, Ark., May 15, 2018 — Inuvo, Inc. (NYSE American:INUV), an advertising technology business, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,860,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.70 per share. The net proceeds to Inuvo, Inc. after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Inuvo, Inc., was approximately $1.8 million.
Roth Capital Partners acted as sole manager for the offering.
Inuvo, Inc. intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital.
