The utility provider had historically only offered their Automated Demand Response (ADR) program to large industrial and commercial customers who would be looking for energy savings benefits. The challenge was to build awareness with an expanded target audience of small-to-medium sized business and residential customers and encourage enrollment of the program and to save on energy usage during peak times.
Inuvo’s IntentKey™ technology was utilized to target new target audiences in Northern and Central California to drive awareness of the ADR program and increase enrollments.
The campaigns were so successful that we beat their campaign awareness and engagement goals by 80%.
