Stacey Farooqui

stacey [dot] farooqui [at] inuvo [dot] com (Stacey Farooqûí) is the Community Manager at Inuvo.  She joined the company in September 2007 as Offer Manager where she was responsible for working with online advertisers to set up and maintain their offers in the network.  In her current role, she is focused on blog content, social media and email marketing.  Before joining Inuvo, Stacey managed a team of graphics designers at a vendor for the top homebuilders in the United States and United Kingdom. It was there that she gained nearly five years of Project Management experience as well as 2D and 3D realistic Photoshop graphics experience.  Born and raised in Tampa, Florida; Stacey has a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.  

Stacey met her husband in 1998 and they have one son, Rohan, who rocks their world!  In her free time she enjoys taking her son to the zoo, local beaches and Disney World; traveling, scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting, caving, photography, dancing, yoga, inline skating, swimming, finding new restaurants, gardening, playing video and board games, listening to Coast to Coast AM and watching movies. Her interests include archeoastronomy, ancient history, quantum physics, cultures, religions, eschatology, Egyptology and alternative medicine.

Stacey enjoys mostly reading non-fiction dealing with historical, cultural and religious topics.  Some of her favorite books include: The 12^th Planet by Zecharia Sitchin; Dalai Lama, My Son by Diki Tsering; Uriel’s Machine by Christopher Knight; The Hiram Key by Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas; The Book of Hiram by Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas; Who Built the Moon? by Christopher Knight and Alan Butler; Civilization One by Christopher Knight and Alan Butler; Red Azalea by Anchee Min and all of the Harry Potter series. 

Her favorite TV shows to watch are It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Lost, Dexter and True Blood. Favorite shows to watch with her son areMickey Mouse Clubhouse, SpongeBob SquarePants and Tom & Jerry.  Stacey’s all-time favorite movies are The Wizard of Oz, Clue, The Matrix, The Goonies, Kung Pow, Zoolander, 12 Monkeys, Moulin Rouge, Little Buddha and all of the Harry Potter series.
